Advantages:

Квартира теплая на этом всё.

Disadvantages:

Грязно до невозможности, посуда вся жирная с остатками пищи в ней... Сливной шланг из стиральной машины выходит прям в ванную.. Вся сантехника в ужасном состоянии... Полы все в негодном состоянии, сверху прикрыты чистыми коврами... Вечером в кухне и в ванной появляются нечислимое количество тараканов. Хозяйка не покажет вам квартиру, сказав что у неё есть маленький ребёнок, уж не знаю правда это или нет... Но имейте ввиду, что квартиру нужно осмотреть, перед принятием решения... Выехали переночевав 1 одну ночь, деньги хозяйка вернула. Но впечатления от квартиры отвратительные!!!!!!!!!!!!!
